Xiaomi has finally launched its new Redmi 10X series in the Chinese market through today’s official launch event held on the 26th of May 2020 at held at 14:00 (local time). This Redmi 10X series is the successor to the previous Redmi 9X series. This 10X series includes Redmi 10X 4G, Redmi 10X 5G and Redmi 10X Pro models. Let’s make a detail study on each of them.
Redmi 10X 4G
The launch event unvield that this Redmi 10X 4G is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 processor. In terms of memory configurations, it comes in two variants. The one with 4GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage and other with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
It features a 6.53-inches LCD display with resolution of 2340 × 1080 pixels and spots a single hole on the left top part of screen to accommodate the selfie camera. The Mini waterdrop on screen gives it more stunning look.
Talking about its optics, this Redmi 10X 4G spots a quad-camera setup at its back which includes a 48MP primary camera. It supports 30 times zoom and OIS optical image stabilization features too. The quad-camera also includes an 8 MP super wide-angle, 2 MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor
This smartphone houses a 5020 mAh battery that provides the necessary power to run the system. Moreover, it supports 18W fast charging support.
The smartphone packs three colour options which includes sky blue, pine morning green and ice white. The phone has dimension of 162.38 * 77.2 * 8.95mm and weight 205g. At the bottom frame, it spots a 3.5mm headphone jack and a Type-C USB port.
Redmi 10X 5G
Redmi 10X presents itself as the first smartphone running Tianji 820 processor with Mali-G57 GPU. It runs on Android 10 OS with MIUI 12 at the top. In terms of memory configurations, it comes in two variants. The one with 6GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage and other with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It supports integrated 5G modem on both SIMcards.

It features a 6.57-inches AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels. Moreover, it also spots HDR 10+, 20:9 aspect ratio, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and 60Hz refresh rate.
Talking about its optics, this Redmi 10X spots a quad camera setup at its back which includes a 48MP primary camera, a 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2 MP depth sensor. There is a 16MP selfie camera on front for video calls and taking pictures.
This smartphone houses a 4520mAh battery that provides the necessary power to run the system. Moreover, it supports 22.5W fast charging too. The smartphone packs four colour options which includes Deep Ocean Blue, Ningye Purple, Hazy Moon Gold, and Star Dew White.
It features liquid cooling tech, and Mi Game Turbo 2.0. Not only this, Redmi 10X is IP53-certified for water- and dust-resistance.
Redmi 10X 5G
Redmi 10X 5G is almost similar to Redmi 10X 5G with some small upgrades. So let’s only talk about the upgrades where else are same as that of 5G model.
One of the main difference between these two models is on camera. The pro version unlike as Redmi 10X 5G features 48MP primary camera , 8MP wide-angle lens, 8MP telephoto lens and 5MP macro lens. Moreon that, it supports 30 times zoom and OIS optical image stabilization features too. And for selfies, it has a 20MP selfie camera on front. Last but not the least, it houses same 4,520mAh battery but with 33W fast-charging.
Both of these model supports Dual SIM Dual 5G standby, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC (only in Pro model), GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C support.
