Finally, a piece of good news for POCO Fans in Nepal. After about two years of the launch of the fan-favorite POCO F1, POCO as an independent brand has entered Nepal. However, it seems that Xiaomi Nepal will manage the POCO Brand here in Nepal.

Sourabh Kothari, Country General Manager of Xiaomi Nepal confirmed the news via social media Twitter and Facebook. He wrote on Twitter “Namaste Nepal” with a POCO T-Shirt.

POCO Nepal is already live on Facebook as well as Twitter. And the POCO hotness already started with the teaser for the launch of a new POCO Smartphone.

POCO C3 Nepal launch

The teaser video with the term “Game Changer” and a waterdrop notch display confirms the smartphone to be the latest launched POCO C3. As per reports, more smartphones from POCO will be launched soon in Nepal.


POCO India recently launched its C3, the first step into the entry-level segment. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 Octa-core processor coupled with PowerVR GE8320 GPU.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Poco C3 on the rear packs a triple camera setup with a primary 13-megapixel camera on a rectangular matrix. Moreover, a 5 MP(Wide) selfie camera on the front for selfies.

The phone boasts a 6.53-inch IPS LCD touchscreen display with a 720×1600 pixels screen with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The screen can be lit with a screen brightness of 440 nits.

The phone provides a long battery time for multitasking and gaming with a lithium-ion polymer 5000 mAh battery. It also comes with a 8W charger on the box.

The Poco C3 runs MIUI for POCO based on Android and packs 32GB as well as 64GB of storage which can be expanded with a micro SD-Card slot.

POCO C3 Price in Nepal

POCO C3 was launched a months back in India with a price tag of INR 7,499 for the base 3/32GB variant. Whereas, the 6/64GB variant is available at a price of INR 8,999. So, it can be expected that POCO C3 price in Nepal may be starting from Rs. 13499 for the base variant.
