POCO F2 is finally confirmed to launch in the global market. POCOPHONE F1 was a great success from Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi. POCO is now an independent brand and is considering working on the more Mid-range smartphone with Flagship level performances. As an independent brand, POCO launched a mid-range smartphone POCO X2 back in February. It was also a pretty decent smartphone with 120Hz Screen at an affordable price of 15,999.

Is POCO F2 the Rebranded Redmi K30 Pro?

Meanwhile, POCO Global wake up on twitter and hinted for the launch of POCO F2 soon. Tweets from POCO Global interpreted that the POCO F2 is going to be the POCO F1 successor. Moreover, various leaks also suggest that something is cooking for the launch of an F1 successor. It is expected to launch this May or June.


One more thing, POCOPHONE F2 may launch in the global market. And it is a brand new model from POCO. Previously, there were rumours stating that POCOPHONE F2 is the rebranded Redmi K30 Pro. The expected POCOPHONE F2(Model No. M2004J11G) is certified by TKDN in Indonesia. It may be a 4G smartphone, the certification suggests.

According to various leaks, POCOPHONE F2 may be a mid-ranger smartphone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 that runs on Android 10 on top of Xiaomi’s custom skin MIUI 12. This phone will sport a 6GB RAM however the internal storage is still not sure. In terms of Networks, the phone support Dual Nano-Sim cards with 4G support.

Furthermore, POCO F2 may come with various sensors like Magnetometer/Compass, Proximity Senser, Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor and Gyroscope.

If we accept the leaks, the phone will be available at around a price range of about INR. 26,999(approximately 42450 in Nepal). However, we have to wait for the official launch event for the actual price and availability of POCOPHONE F2 in Nepal.
